Showroom Interior Design Consultant

Plymouth & Roseville, Minnesota
Responsibilities:
  1. Assist clients with their tile and stone selections
  2. Provide superior customer service in person and over the phone
  3. Develop and maintain knowledge of our products
  4. Work with designers, architects, tile contractors, and homeowners
  5. Develop and maintain showroom displays
  6. Keep sample room stocked with current samples
  7. Price new samples
  8. Follow up with clients
  9. Assist in the sample department
Qualifications:
  1. Interior design experience preferred
  2. College degree or coursework in interior design preferred
  3. Showroom sales and tile background desirable
  4. Good sales skills
  5. Must be creative and design oriented
  6. Highly motivated and energized
  7. Positive attitude and an enthusiastic team player
  8. Exemplify outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  9. Strong attention to detail
  10. Excellent computer skills

Customer Service Specialist/Inside Sales

Omaha, Nebraska
Responsibilities:
  1. Project lead qualifications, generation, and follow up
  2. Assist customers with quoting and order fulfillment
  3. Order procurement
  4. Assist clients with tile and stone selections
  5. Work with contractors, builders, designers, architects, and dealers
  6. Assist sales staff
  7. Must be able to lift 20-30 pounds
Qualifications:
  1. Must have professional customer service experience
  2. Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills
  3. Driven, reliable, self managed with attention to detail
  4. Extensive computer experience
  5. Outgoing and personable
  6. Strong communication skills
  7. Strong organizational skills

Architectural Sales Representative

Des Moines, Iowa
Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain client and prospective client relationships to ensure market growth and promotion of all products
  2. Develop and implement appropriate sales strategies and techniques to target appropriate customers
  3. Conduct effective sales and product presentations to customer. Educate customers to ensure products are understood and used effectively. Serve as an advisor/consultant to assigned customers to keep informed of product use, market conditions, and sales support yielding growth in the relationship accompanied by repeat and referral business.
  4. Proactively seek to improve product knowledge by interacting with internal and external subject matter experts
  5. Attend sales/training meetings
  6. Identify and quickly respond to competitive threats within the territory. Communicate market intelligence/competitor activity promptly to Regional Manager.
  7. Develop and maintain good customer relationships through personal visits and all other means of contact with everyone in the Sales Channel
  8. Provide samples and/or demonstrations as requested
  9. Maintain client models/selection centers with the most current and applicable products for that client
  10. File all required reports in a timely manner
  11. Respond to and resolve customer problems and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  12. Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing/related field or equivalent successful sales experience in practices and methods
  2. Minimum two years outside business-to-business sales with a proved track record of success
  3. Business Development experience preferred
  4. Exposure to Building Materials, Architecture/Design, and Interior Finishes preferred
  5. Solid written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  6. Client service oriented
  7. Organized and detail oriented
